WWI fighter pilot

An experiment with a film photo left in water so the chemicals ran. One of a short series. My great uncle Bruce, a fighter pilot who was killed in August 1918. The fire effect is from the photo being left in water for two days along with other photos. It's not intentional but the effect is very powerful.
