Pico, Azores

The Island of Pico in the Azores. It felt quite odd being on a piece of volcanic rock in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean. The sea was rough and swimming not advisable. I found a sheltered cove and swam in the ocean, 1660kms from the Portuguese coast.
